English equivalents for chinese expressions

Do you know the English equivalents of the following Chinese expressions in blue color? Could you tell me the natural ways to say them? Thanks in advance.

1. 他特別有偏財運, 總是會有意外之財.

2. 我一整天一直上吐下瀉

3. 她是風向星座. 所以情緒興趣變化都很快.

1. 他特別有偏財運 .

Probably just "very lucky", or you can say "very lucky with money". Or maybe "he's got the Midas touch," but it doesn't have an element of the unexpected.

2. 我一整天一直上吐下瀉

I was "barfing/vomiting and running to the bathroom all day."

3. 她是風向星座.

風向星座 is "Air Signs" (i.e. Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius) in English, but I don't think many Westerners today would know what they are.

I had to cross-search with a combination of google and baidu to find out. The Zodiacs seem to be more popular in Asia than in the West where they originated.

If you simply want to say that someone is unpredictable, you can say "she's mercurial" (though that's kind of a high-falluting word that some might not know).
