At a time of concern over the health safety of products within and exported from China (e.g., baby milk formula, toothpaste, and food in general), a man in S.E. China has found truly organic, natively produced Chinese food with minimal processing that he claims had resolved his own personal health issues, and I suspect the price is right. The recipe is accessible to all.
