I would really like to translate this poem into English if possible, but my Chinese poem translation skills are horrible. Anyone want to take a stab at it?

戌守的人已归了，留下边地的残堡。看得出，十九世纪的草原啊，如今，是沙丘一片...。怔忡而空旷的箭眼，掛过号角的铁钉，被黄昏和望归的靴子磨平的；戌楼的石垛啊，一切都老了，一切都抹上风沙的銹，百年前英雄繫马的地方，百年前壮士磨剑的地方，这儿我黯然地卸了鞍，历史的锁啊没有钥匙，我的行囊也没有剑，要一个铿锵的梦吧！趁月色，我传下悲戚的「将军令」；

The garrison is gone, leaving

边地的残堡

the broken castles in borderland

看得出，十九世纪的草原啊

It’s clear that the grassland in the 19th century

如今，是沙丘一片……

now is dunes.

怔忡而空旷的箭眼

The loopholes, stunning and desolate,

挂过号角的铁钉

the nail where the horn once hung on

被黄昏和望归的靴子磨平的

have been worn down by dusks and yearning back home boots;

戍楼的石垛啊

The battlements on the garrison building

一切都老了

Are worn

一切都抹上风沙的锈

All have been rusted by sandstorm

百年前英雄系马的地方

Where heroes hitched their horses hundreds of years ago

百年前壮士磨剑的地方

where soldiers sharpened their swords

这儿我黯然地卸了鞍

here I take down the saddle with depression

历史的锁啊没有钥匙

No key to the lock of history

我的行囊也没有剑

No sword in my luggage

要一个铿锵的梦吧

Give me a clanging dream

趁月色，我传下悲戚的「将军令」

Under the moon, I order the sorrow song, “General’s Order”

自琴弦……
