Hi all

Sorry for this but I want it to be right. Could someone please translate the following sentence for me.

"Dedicated to a great teacher from a thankful student."

It is going in a gift to a martial arts teacher who lives in Beijing.

Any and all help would be great.

cheers

Rough translation:

Considering your teacher teaches Martial arts, how about using a Chinese style honorific instead of a literal translation? Like

Ah~~! I am sure that the teacher will be deeply moved! :)

Thanks!
