Strawberries513 Posted July 4, 2007 at 01:04 PM Report Posted July 4, 2007 at 01:04 PM I recently purchased a "dream sheild" from a Native American. I want to give it as a present to my host family in Beijing. However, I would like to include some info in Chinese about what it is. So if someone here could translate the following for me (leaving the words in bold in English) that would be wonderful!! "This is a mandella. It is believed to be a good luck charm and thought to bring their owners prosperity, health, and happiness. It was made by the Blackfoot Native Americans. They call it a dreamshield and in their culture is a shield against bad dreams." Sorry, I know thats alot, but I dont want to give them this item and have no explaination for it. Thank you Quote
ChineseSpeaker Posted July 4, 2007 at 01:59 PM Report Posted July 4, 2007 at 01:59 PM 这份礼物名叫 mandella。 Quote
