I'm assuming you're referring to the character "奶". It could mean "breasts", but in this usage it means milk.

I think geek refers to the term "波霸", which means a bosomy woman ("波" being the transliteration of "ball").

I have never heard the drink called "波霸奶茶" in HK. Anyway, the term "波霸" is a bit offensive to ladies, and is quite out-of-date now (like "大哥大").
