Kogepan Posted July 13, 2007 at 05:23 AM Report Posted July 13, 2007 at 05:23 AM A couple of years ago, my friend and I made a trip to China and had the most delicious food called ji dan guan bing. I've searched all over for a recipe for this, and I can't find one. Does anyone have a recipe for this? This is the egg filled fried pancake with lettuce and a salty brown sauce. We both miss this food terribly because it was so delicious. We ate two for each breakfast our entire trip. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Quote

Kogepan Posted July 13, 2007 at 05:03 PM Author Report Posted July 13, 2007 at 05:03 PM Mm, yes, the problem is that I can't read Chinese at all. So I'm trying to find an English recipe with measurements. Babelfish has its limits. Quote
