how to find investors/start-ups?

Does anyone know of a forum, website, magazine or whatever (in chinese or in english) where investors and people with business ideas or running businesses in need of capital can find each other?

I mean investors focusing on China and people with ideas/business for the chinese or international but "chinese related" market.

(didn´t where to put the thread...)

I am thinking of starting a technology consulting company in china. I will be interested in knowing what you find. Which field are you in?
