natallechiuman Posted August 5, 2007 at 01:26 PM Report Posted August 5, 2007 at 01:26 PM I will be taking the HSK advanced test in 2 weeks but I had no idea that there will be any speaking involved until yesterday. The thing is, I took the HSK elementary/intermediate 2 years ago and did pretty well (366, 八級), because there weren't any speaking involved. My speaking is poor because I learnt Cantonese before mandarin and hence, all the mandarin I speak have a cantonese accent with it. Can anyone tell me what is involved in the speaking and writing part? And is there a hude gap in terms of difficulty between the advanced and the intermediate? Thanks. Quote
