Could i move into BLCU room before registration day?

Ask this question for my friend.

He want to come early before registration day of BLCU. Should I book a room for him in hotel or he could move into dorm?

Yes, you can. I'm moving there this Saturday at Building No. 4, however, you might not be able to avail of the discounted RMB rate until classes start.

It's about 80RMB/day. And when classes start, it becomes around 52RMB/day.
