gougou Posted August 7, 2007 at 03:59 PM Report Posted August 7, 2007 at 03:59 PM Wang Xiaofeng (王小峰), one of the better know bloggers in China, has produced a film - 十面埋妇。 I just finished watching it, and was a little disappointed. While it was pleasant enough to watch, I expected more. All in all, it seemed like a hipper, shorter version of 中国式离婚 - except for the soundtrack, which I quite liked. Anyone seen it? Quote
love&poison Posted August 7, 2007 at 04:43 PM Report Posted August 7, 2007 at 04:43 PM Quote
love&poison Posted August 7, 2007 at 05:03 PM Report Posted August 7, 2007 at 05:03 PM Hey, I think I should also post in English, right? The short is quite ironical, which he jeered almost everything, relationship, business, publish, even the Party, as well as kind of campy. Just like his articles, he or his characters are keeping making fun of everyone with Wang's gift for language. Overall it's much better than most of the movies and series you are watching from most Chinese directors, they are just boring. Quote
