If it is used for taxi,

The correct sentense is:wo3 yao4 da3 ji4 jia4 qi4(我要打计价器)

ji4 jia4 qi4(计价器):taximeter

That is when you want somewhere to take a taxi,you'll ask taxi driver to calculate the distance to know how much is it from taximeter.

But we usually say it like this:wo3 yao4 da3 biao3(我要打表),it's the same.

biao3(表):taximeter(when driver to calculate distance with it).
