请教 ： "回执" 用英语怎么说？

What's "回执" in English?

詞典說它是回條或是向寄件人証明郵件已送到的憑據的意思, 那麼英文就應該是 reply slip, acknowledgement of receipt, 或是 receipt.

in common speech, 回執 <--- this is acknowledgement of a reciept

i've heard both of them used.

回执表 "receipt ticket" ... there is no ambiguity there, right?

I just came across this word. Context was in the Subject: line in an email. It was used the same way that we would typically use a "Re:", i.e. "<original subject>的回執". First time I've seen that use, normally I see "答复: <original subject>" or "回复" or something like that.

反馈 sounds very awkward to me. Do people really say that? Perhaps it is common on the Mainland. It is not used in my circle.

Not just scientifically, as far as I can tell. Most websites I see with feedback forms seem to ask for 反馈 as well, like 新浪微博, 优酷, etc.

"reply" is more common , translate it to "回复“ ， ”答复”
