Oneaday.org issue?

大家好，

Has anyone else had problems getting onto oneaday.org, the site with 成语 updated daily? (Well, supposedly.) Whenever I go onto it, I see this strange search page.

I encounter the same problem: no 成语 but a search page.

The site owner probably decided to shut it down. These search pages usually show up on sites owned by "domain name squatting" companies.

Thanks for noting this. There seems to be a conflict between the Whois data, which lists the domain as expiring next August, and the internal registrar data, which says it expired earlier this month.

I'm looking into it; with any luck it'll be up again tomorrow.

UPDATE: Yeah, it was expired. Switched registrars and extended it, so once the nameserver updates propagate, it should be reachable again. Sorry for the problems.

You're running oneaday.org, Joel, or is it someone at Danwei? I was in contact with whoever answered their email about two years ago, and don't remember it being you.

Jeremy's former colleague runs it, and Jeremy usually takes care of the technical stuff, but since he's out of the country it fell to me to do it. I have nothing to do with the content of the site.
