Si5DOGG82 Posted September 6, 2007 at 09:01 AM Report Posted September 6, 2007 at 09:01 AM Just came from an interview with them today. The basics 8000 元/month for 25 hours a week 1500 of that is "bonus money" that you don't get the first month. They also make you put down a "deposit" of 2000 元 for the first month. They give another 6000 toward airfare at the completion of a year contract, they pay back the deposit too. I guess that's the bad side. Being new to beijing, and without an extensive network for this type of thing. It's difficult to turn it down. I told them Ill give them until Tuesday to reply. Hopefully I can work a couple more irons in the fire after that. Has anyone had any success negotiating with larger companies like this??? Do you think I should take it? Where else should I look? Although the 25 hours a week is a bit much, it might focus me more on school. And I am living out of a hostel with absolutely no income . . . I am looking to study at 地球村 ASAP so I am leaning towards taking the offer. Again what do you think Quote
