It should be鼠目寸光 (shǔ mù cùn guāng)which means be shortsighted.

It means"can't see beyond one's nose." This idiom is often used to describe a person who only focuses on short-term benefit instead of long-term benefit.

here 鼠目寸光 can also be called 目光短浅

一开始因为这个人的菜很新鲜,大家都买他的菜.可他总是缺斤短两.现在他一个回头客也没有,马上就要黄了.他这么做是不是很鼠目寸光呀?
