Xi'Er Dun Posted September 12, 2007 at 09:12 AM Report Posted September 12, 2007 at 09:12 AM Where can I view or download from online archives Japanese and Chinese prints and maps? Would anyone be kind enough to recommend some online sources like online archive collections? I know that online archive collections of this sort exist but I want to find some more available free online. I am particluarly interested in Historical Chinese prints as well as ones from Japan too. I am also interested in Japanese and Chinese Historical Maps. As well as those, I am wondering if from anywhere online like an online archive collection can I view Historical Vietnamese literature, texts, scriptures, prints, etc. I am interested in these because I would like to get to see Vietnamese when it was once written entirely in Chinese based Characters like Chữ Nôm (Chu Nom if your computer can't see Vietnamese) for Native Vietnamese words and concepts, as well as Hán Tự / Chữ Hán (Han Tu/Chu Han) to write those which originated in China. I have never seen Vietnamese written entirely in Chữ Nôm (Chu Nom) Hán Tự / Chữ Hán (Han Tu/Chu han) so if anyone knows where and in what form I can view some that would be great. Thankyou 谢谢您 Xi 'Er Dun 希尔顿 from Australia 澳州 Quote
