Importing entheogens (hallucinogenic herbs) into China

Does any one know how to find out which ones are legal in China? I particularly like salvia divinorum, but if that happens to be illegal here I could try other legal ones.

So if anyone knows where I can find a list of prohibited substances/plants, that'd be great... (Unles there's a blanket ban on importing substances known to have hallucinogenic effects - but from what I understand most countries have substance by substance rules, so this seems a bit unlikely...)
