which rss thingy to get the antiwave casts?

Hi there all, I have tried to use wizz rss (on firefox) to download the casts from antiwave, and have not had any luck. So how can I go about getting the new casts to automatically download from antiwave... thanks

I currently use itunes, though that's maybe overkill if you just want to get hold of a single RSS feed. I've used juice successfully in the past as well.

What email client do you use? Thunderbird will subscribe to podcasts and let you know when there's a new one, although last time I used it it wouldn't download automatically.

I used outlook (although very rarely...) but mostly use yahoo through firefox... I will look at juice again, used it along time ago for the chinesepod casts... thanks Roddy.
