thph2006 Posted September 25, 2007 at 12:13 AM Report Share Posted September 25, 2007 at 12:13 AM Link to Phone Details: http://www.htc.com/product/03-product_tytn_II.htm I've been looking for an all-in-one travel device to give me phone and internet connectivity as well as the ability to listen to my Chinese learning mp3s, use PlecoDict, find my way around China using GPS and look up unfamiliar Chinese characters on street signs/shop signs by handwriting the hanzi into the PDA. After a long painful research process I think I'm ready to take the plunge and get the new HTC TyTN II smartphone. Some questions for the gurus here: - Given it's new, has anyone actually used one on a mainland China or US phone network? Any issues? - It's a Windows Mobile 6 device. Has anyone tried it with PlecoDict yet? Does it work? How well? - It supports GPS and seems to come with TomTom Navigator. Anyone know whether there are compatible maps for mainland China cities? Thanks for the feedback!

Shadowdh 韩德伦 " I got the AT&T Tilt version of the phone but after trying it for a while decided I needed a larger screen so I returned it. I didn't get a chance to run Plecodict on it since they were only in the earliest beta stage of PD 2 at the time. Sorry I don't have more for you.
