Ednorog Posted April 16, 2008 at 10:11 AM Report Posted April 16, 2008 at 10:11 AM My most favourite by far:善 Both because of the appearance and the meaning. 我 is also pretty cool. Among the others, I can now think of 利 张 钱 喜 量 Quote
tooironic Posted April 20, 2008 at 10:33 AM Report Posted April 20, 2008 at 10:33 AM My favourite character has always been 噩 Meaning 'shocking' or 'upsetting' as in 噩梦 'nightmare'. It's just so... perfect. LOL! Quote
Sam Addington Posted April 20, 2008 at 01:04 PM Report Posted April 20, 2008 at 01:04 PM 噩 I like this one too! A perfect companion to 靈 (simplified 灵 ) However, this character was buried in my Microsoft IMS. While trying to find it I also came across 霛 and 零. 齒 is another fun one. Quote

AlexanderH Posted January 15, 2010 at 01:17 AM Report Posted January 15, 2010 at 01:17 AM Either based on the meaning, or how the character looks, what is your favorite character? I know it's a strange thing to ask ,but I just came across "fragrant" 馨 , and thought it was quite beautiful looking. Do share Quote

freipole Posted January 16, 2010 at 03:29 AM Report Posted January 16, 2010 at 03:29 AM Funny, I would've expected 龍 to be popular, together with the 愛 (which actually was). So... Many nice characters, like 龍... Or the (obviously increasingly cool) characters 龖, 龘, and Quote
c_redman Posted January 16, 2010 at 04:29 AM Report Posted January 16, 2010 at 04:29 AM 1) 赢 - not sure why. Maybe it's the 3 open-ended components on the bottom, like 3 brothers. Also it's apparently from an old character for "mule", but with the horse component replaced with a money component. 2) 之 - same reasons as everyone else 3) 丫 - I just think it looks awesome, and it's easy to remember 4) favorite component: 隹 - because I can scratch out all those lines quickly and feel like a writing whiz Quote
mikeyjb4 Posted January 19, 2010 at 04:28 AM Report Posted January 19, 2010 at 04:28 AM I'm still a beginner but here a few of my favorites so far: 我,家, 中, 里 My favorite changes upon my mood I guess but most often I really like 中 because of its simplicity. Quote
