So, what is 蓝色心情？ I asked one Chinese, and he said it means "good mood". I asked another, and he said it`s "sad mood". So is it both?

I know this is hardly a good way of translating, but in English if you say you're feeling "blue" then it means you're a bit down/sad/depressed.

Why that's the case, I don't know. When younger I thought it was because most Blues music was depressing! I read somewhere that it's a nautical thing ... boats would fly a blue flag to signify that the captain or other senior officer had been lost at sea during that voyage.
