limtedd Posted October 20, 2007 at 04:53 PM Report Posted October 20, 2007 at 04:53 PM Hi, I'm interested to study short-term (around 4 weeks) of Chinese, thinking of doing it in Guangzhou, but still not sure which uni is good? can u give some recommendation? * Probably I'll do it after Chinese New Year (start Feb 2008 till Mar) My Chinese is intermediate level... I've done some research and can only found South China Normal Uni, is it a good uni to learn Chinese? I think the school fee is quite reasonable (3,000 RMB for 1 month)... also, do u know whether i''ll get certificate from it??? (because it is short-term, not long-term) It will be good if u can recommend me some other places to study, thx a lot !!! Quote
tongjistudy Posted October 23, 2007 at 07:56 AM Report Posted October 23, 2007 at 07:56 AM Just wondering why are you choosing Guangzhou? Would the environment be Cantonese-speaking? Not that Shanghai doesn't have its own Shanghainese dialect. Quote

Suvlaco Posted November 11, 2007 at 08:31 AM Report Posted November 11, 2007 at 08:31 AM Dunno if you're still looking around for this, but Xi'an Jiaotong and Shaanxi Normal University and Xi'an International University (all obviously in Xi'an) run short-term courses. Quote
