This is a big jump for Yip from Cable TV to network TV. In "Trading Spaces", Yip was the interior designer who helped you redesign your room under the budget of US$1,000 within 2 days. The show is so popular that when Yip came to the Borders Bookstore here, people lined up for 3 hours to ask Yip to draw up sketches to help redesign their bedrooms. Yip, like William Hung, is also originally from HK. Quote
