Able to understand chinese by reading but not by listen?

hey,guys!要练好听力唯一快速的办法就是交个中国朋友!要经常聊,说什么都可以,只要双方投取所好就行!:)

Just get a VoiceReader or some other software. You just copy and paste some text that you know, and then listen with TTS. I own some Penpower products (including their Chinese handwriters), they all include a VoiceReader which reads both in Mandarin and Cantonese.
