I would say:

"没事。 。。。"

How would I say: I'll make sure I'll send the file through email?

I know sure is:

切切实实

email is:

电子邮件

But how would I express the future here?

Should I say:

我以后。。。 as in I will later send the file through email? It just doesn't sound right.

There's no reason to make it more complicated. 会 has the meaning of sure and if you really want to be clear then just say 肯定会

For the 以后 if you are expressing after this time I will always do such and such then 以后 works but if you are just thinking soon 待会 works. If you are expressing the next time you'll be sure to do it (emphasizing a difference from this time) 以后 or 下次 both would work.

I noticed you wrote 给你 but in fact the file is not sent to the person, but to someone else who isn't mentioned.

In other words I want to say that the file will be sent but to noone in particular.
