web interface in php (preferable) for CEDICT

Hello,

I was just wondering whether anyone knows of a working php-based interface for CEDICT.

So far I have found:

the PERL one from Mandarintools (Doesn't work for my purposes and I don't like to work with PERL)

and

YASE 4 CEDICT, which seems to be defunct but might be able to be revived.

Obviously, there are some nice websites that allow users to search CEDICT-- MDBG, zhongwen and nciku are among them.

If it doesn't already exist, I suggest a project that could build a simple php-based CEDICT interface that would operate with just a single searchbox that would handle both Chinese and English whether in unicode or otherwise. My hope is actually to turn this into a module that could be fit into a variety of cms's.

Does an open source solution already exist?
