Poll: tax receipts for housing rentals?

Just wanted to know how many of you here get tax receipts/fapiao for your apartment rentals and if you've run into problems doing so.

I voted "other" because I actually do have a use for them, but I'd have to go to the tax office myself and have been too lazy to do so.

Haha, yep. Actually I was going to suggest why not add a poll. You should be able to do this in your initial post, without needing to add one later.

If I had thought about it I might have asked but then it would have been a I really don't have a use for one....

Oh wait by fapiao we are referring to the official kind right? My landlord did right me a "receipt" saying that it was paid but can't do anything official other than say yes I paid with it...

Yes, that's right - I'm referring to the official tax receipt. Not to be confused with the (usually) handwritten receipt for payment of rent.
