This is just a quick recommendation for the folks at StudyChineseCulture.com with Elina, Ellen (two different people?) and Judy.

I came to Beijing from Dalian last week before heading back home to the states. I wanted to stock up on a lot of Chinese learning materials for when i'm in the states, so I sent an e-mail to them asking for about 750 RMB worth of books/tapes, etc on Friday. They tracked down all the materials I needed over the weekend and were quick to respond to my e-mails. Also, it was a tough request since my flight left Beijing at 1:00 PM on Monday, so they offered to deliver the materials early to me on Monday morning for a small fee. Ultimately, they delivered. Highly recommend them.

Haha, I aiming to finish studying the materials in five months, not one year, before going back to China to do another 8 months of intense Chinese training. I'm hoping I have enough time while in the states though while working a full-time job.

I suggest that you keep the domain lovemandarin.com and just have it forward to the new site. If it wasn't for this post, I wouldn't have known about the change! This also prevents competitors from registering your old domain name and "stealing" your customers.

We have told this to our every customer, few of them have no longer used the email addresses registered on our site before, so there’re someone we cannot inform.

We have emailed our every customer, including you, maybe the letter is lost?

This also prevents competitors from registering your old domain name and "stealing" your customers.

I don't remember receiving it - I'm guessing it either got eaten by the spam filter or I accidentally deleted it.

Just used studychineseculture.com myself for the first time, although they've been advertising and posting on the forums for quite some time and have always had good feedback. Ordered a couple of books I couldn't find up here in Dalian on the 28th, paid by Paypal, excellent communication and most importantly the books arrived promptly and well packed.

I want to make something clear: their prices are very low, their shipping high, but the total is still somewhere around 50% off other places, sometimes more (add it up, if you're shopping). The delivery time is long, so, buy in bulk! This is an ideal source of books and materials (and gifts) you know you don't need yet, but expect to need later.

Lastly, I didn't realize this, but my order was sent by registered mail (signature required). I like that.

We send every package by registered mail with a trace number, so that we could track it if necessary.
