Writing a thank you note

I want to write a simple thank you note to my friend's family who invited us to a wedding in Taiwan recently. Unfortunately, my Chinese skills are horrible and I really don't know how to express myself correctly (It is times like this that make learning Chinese so frustrating!!)

Below is what I have come up with so far, but it feels really...........how can I say......like the meaning is not correct. I was hoping to get some help in learning how I can make the letter comprehensible. Many thanks for any help!

X先生和X夫人,

Congratulations on your daughter’s marriage.

祝賀您的女兒的婚姻.婚禮很漂亮,佩文.

It was a very beautiful wedding and I am sure she will always remember it.

婚禮是非常美好,還我是肯定W將記住它.

My wife and I wanted to thank you for inviting us into your home.

我的太太和我想感謝您邀請我們入您的家

We shall always remember the lunch in your home with your family as the best in Taiwan!.

我們並且將記住午餐在您的家一樣你的家庭是台灣的最好膳食.

Thank you for your hospitality.

謝謝您的好客.

It's not really a typical Chinese thankyou letter. Sorry to say that. But despite of the translation, the feeling is not really right. Here is a letter rendered from the original one with some changes in diction, tongue and the structure. Hope it can help.

尊敬的X先生和X夫人：

您好！

首先请允许我再次献上对您女儿婚礼的祝贺！婚礼漂亮而盛大，举行的非常成功，我相信另千金对此一定会一生难忘。

非常感谢您邀请我和我太太参加这么盛大的婚礼，我们感到非常荣幸。和您的一家共进午餐的场景，我们将终生难忘。在您家，我们享受到了全台湾最好的膳食。

再次感谢您的热情好客和殷勤款待！

祝另千斤新婚愉快，甜蜜幸福；

PS: It is a little bit formal. If the addressees are your intimate friends, you'd better change it into a little bit informal. And about the part addressed to the brothers and sisters, you can insert it into the middle of the letter.
