Seeking Song Based Off of MV

So, a long time ago, in early September, I stumbled upon this video on youtube.com. And the song was amazing. But right now, I can't really remember very much of the lyrics, but I can recall parts of the video.

What I remember is that there's only a girl singing, she seemed young and she wore an all white dress. In a lot of the video, it was raining and was dark. It was definitely a sad song and I could have sworn that it was by A-Mei, but I can't find it on youtube, so I'm assuming that I'm wrong. Anyone else with ideas? *hopeful look*

Actually.... no. It was someone else, something else. It wasn't A-mei, I'm pretty sure it wasn't. Just someone else that was REALLY like A-mei and I even think her name was A-something. I just... can't recall and it's sad since I watched the MV and I just cried.
