Jus' wondering if you get to hear about food scares living in China?

We see a few in HK around China made products, wondering if the press in China also pick up on it and inform the public.

We hear about the local issues. Such as the amazonian snail thing last year and the colouring agent added to the salted duck eggs to enhance the colour of the yolk (now most places have stopped using that colouring agent).

I'm in Xinjiang so I try to go out and eat at all the halal Uyghur restaurants. Cleaner, all home made home grown stuff. Or so I'm lead to believe, heh heh :lol:. Oh well, ignorance is bliss!
