It seems that people always want to know the name of a song, artist, etc.

Sony uses TrackID and a new iPhone app is doing the same thing as well.

You can also use these services as well.

Tunatic (Freeware)

411-Song (you have to pay $3.99/mo)

I haven't tried any of this, but someone commented on the iPhone app page that it worked for "foreign language artists as well."
