ZDT export to pleco (import to pleco)

Does anyone have any experience with this. I am using the palmOS. It seems as is it is not possible to browse for the files that you want to import but must know the pathway. In addition the pathway structure in the palm os seems to be beyond me.

The directory structure is actually fairly simple install resco explorer and you can look around your palm files.
