The general consensus, with few exceptions (eg. studying Traditional Chinese Medicine), seems to be that it's better to do a graduate program in a western university for 2 main reasons. 1. The quality of the education and training you receive will be higher 2. The reputation of a good western university will look better on your resume when applying for employment. Best wishes! Quote
