ipsi() Posted February 4, 2008 at 03:47 AM Report Share Posted February 4, 2008 at 03:47 AM Is there anything out there that will let me use QQ on my Treo 680? English Interface would be ideal, but not necessary provided it's not too hard to use. I don't need anything fancy - alerts when I get a new message, support for groups, ability to run in the background. Basically it, really. Anyone got any suggestions? Failing that, is there anything for Windows Mobile? I'll probably have to buy a Win Mob phone at some point (unless I can stick it out until Palm releases their new Linux OS-based phone). ipsi() Posted February 4, 2008 at 04:18 AM Author Report Share Posted February 4, 2008 at 04:18 AM Fun times. I'd be interested in knowing how well it works, if you have time. And if it's in English.
roddy Posted February 4, 2008 at 04:20 AM Report Share Posted February 4, 2008 at 04:20 AM They're both in Chinese, and I now have a penguin icon on my task bar which won't go away Not going to try them out - I've managed this long without a QQ account, not going to get one now. Is there a web version? I find MSN Messengers mobile web client fairly usable.
ipsi() Posted February 4, 2008 at 04:22 AM Author Report Share Posted February 4, 2008 at 04:22 AM Gack. Oops. Fair enough then. I'd also rather have an actual application that can run in the background. That's how my email works, and that's how MSN works (or it would, if I used it more often), and yeah. Not interested in a web-based version.
