How would you say 'demotivating' in Chinese?

To give it context, I would like to know how to say something like:

"Inequality in the workplace is very demotivating for the workers."

How about rephrasing it as follows:

"Preferential treatment is very demoralizing in the workplace."

不平等待遇會使員工泄氣,打不起勁儿。

不平等待遇會令員工沮喪。

不平等待遇往往導致員工心態低沈,不振作。
