lloib Posted March 8, 2008 at 06:24 AM Report Share Posted March 8, 2008 at 06:24 AM Hello, a friend uses the words "铿锵玫瑰" in her profile... I looked up the characters, now I know the last two characters mean rose flower, or a certain rose, and the first two characters have something to do with tingling of metals, but what is the significance of the whole sentence? My guess was, that it means something like "courting with roses"... Am I right? I'd be very thankful if someone could tell me the real meaning of the sentence.. I am a beginner of mandarin and lack the necessary vocabulary (and cultural knwoledge) to understand... Thank you very much! 多谢
