Honey-fried noodles

Recommended Posts

I just recently ate at an Indian-Chinese restaurant, which served 'darsaan'. The name does not look Chinese to me, however, are these honey-fried noodles with vanilla ice cream a traditional Chinese dessert or are they of Indian cuisine or is it of from somewhere else? Has anybody heard of it? Can someone help me translate 'honey-fried noodles' or 'darsaan' into Chinese with the pinyin as well?

My attempt...

蜂蜜炒面

Is that correct?

Thank you in advance!
