What I'm actually looking for is a good translation for "touchy". Since I could find anything in my dictionaries, I decided to change it for "sensitive". So are 敏感 and 脸皮薄 have the same meaning? I would translate it as overly sensitive, touchy. 脸皮薄 is the opposite of "thick-skinned", so someone that is easily embarrassed or affected easily (sensitive) to others comments. My friends say I am 脸皮厚 because I do many things that I should feel embarrassed about.
