mykologics Posted March 22, 2008 at 01:10 PM Report Posted March 22, 2008 at 01:10 PM I'm not sure where to post this, so bare with me: I'm asking you to help me with my homework. Not because I'm lazy (which I am), but because the actual assignment was asking people from other countries on their view on things, and I figured this forum would work well for this purpose. _______________________________________________________________ The project: Study the difference between The Netherlands and China when it comes to advertising and commercials. It would work best if you were actually from China or have been there for first-hand experiences, but I accept and will use any serious replies. Now, for two questions, which I ask you to answer to the best of your ability: 1. What role do China-specific 'life ethics' play in China's society when it comes to the subjects in commercials and products? Where are the boundaries? 2. What role do other factors (such as history, economic condition, etc.) play when it comes to these subjects? Quote
trevelyan Posted March 23, 2008 at 09:30 PM Report Posted March 23, 2008 at 09:30 PM Life ethics play a critical part in Chinese advertising. Your teacher is a visionary: http://www.danwei.org/advertising_and_marketing/a_spring_festival_ad_worthy_of.php Quote
