The latest one seems like it said departure from outward office of exchange. If i remember correctly, it means it is already lined up for a plane outside China.

That is the status that my parcel doesn't seem to reach.

@Nuts - been waiting for around 5 weeks now on this particular order (China Post)

Strange thing is that a colleague of mine already got his (from the same seller) 3 weeks ago... and he ordered it later than me.

Same as you, I already lost interest in this order and has already ordered a similar but better product

Since I had this problem, I requested the Chinese sellers to send my orders via SingPost. I have 3 orders shipped this weekend (including a similar item as that one stuck in Shenzhen) - It will give me an idea as to whether the postal situation is the same or it is just that particular postal service.

I check the tracking on intmail and for 6 days its says arrival at exchange office - no sight or sound of it.

Whilst checking on sao.cn it says its still in Beijing.

I dont know which one to believe - its all confusing.

Well go look with your delivery - hope the SingPost mailing service is much more reliable.

@Nuts - I think that sao.cn is using buffered data.

on translation (based on userscripts.org)

The bottom line says that it was received by the postal office

The third line says arrival to a transit office of exchange

now, this is the strange part - the second line says departure from outward office of exchange - which based on what I read on this forum, means that it is lined up to leave China. The top line is saying the same as the third line - it arrived on a transit office of exchange. You should check the location for the top line - I hope they actually mean your country's transit office.

Hi I asked about parcel RT155183062HK it seems it has left China and is now at Hong Kong post being prosessed for airmail to uk as of 20/11/2012, it sounds as though it is on its way.

I get a result on intmail - which as you say, the third and first line say exactly the same thing although the dates are different. If it arrived at in the UK, its been there since the 14th Nov and I still havent received it, a week later. Something clearly is a miss here - I should have had it by now.

@ nuts i Got all my parcels last one delivered today they were paid for 27th of last month and there was never an update after departure from local exchange either it had said that from the 2nd of november so yours could still well be in there way

I have just check my parcel RT155183062HK on www.HongKongpost.com and it seems it is listed as left Hong Kong for UK 22/11/2012. It was posted from

China 14/11/2012 arrived Hong Kong 20/11/2012 and left there already for UK so hope to have it to hand in a few days. I did check on SAO.CN site yesterday and it said it had arrived in Hong Kong so it seems these tracking sites do work, but much more info on the Hong Kong Post site. Will post when it has arrived in UK and I get the parcel. It is Air Mail registered post by the way and my seller in China recommeded Hong Kong Post instead of China Post even though it costs.

Hi my parcel RT155183062HK which was posted Shenzhen China on the 14th Nov. and arrived HK on the 20th Nov left HK 22nd. Nov and arrived at my house today 27th Nov. was very well packed and very impressed with the goods and service. Deal was through AliExpress.com with Melinda at New World Technology super service.
