Deng: Colour of cat/catches mice: Original Chinese?

Hey everyone

Dos anyone know the original Chinese for Deng Xiao Ping's famous statement about cats catching mice? Variously reported in English as:

It doesn't matter if the cat is black or white as long as it catches the mice; or

It doesn't matter the colour of the cat, as long as it catches the mice.

I'd like to know the actual words he used, rather than just translating it myself from the English versions.

Found two versions:

[ADSO]不管黑猫白猫,能抓住老鼠就是好猫[/ADSO]

[ADSO]不管白猫黑猫，会捉老鼠就是好猫[/ADSO]

However when I tried to find an original source all I came up with was this, which has

[ADSO]刘伯承同志经常讲一句四川话：“黄猫、黑猫，只要捉住老鼠就是好猫。”[/ADSO]
