Scheduling questions...Studying at a University

I'm currently looking at different places to study in China next year. I'm trying to find a school/ university where I can study part-time but intensive. I would particularly like to study 2-3 hours everyday in morning or evening, which would leave me time to work part-time. Do you think this is possible at a university language program in China? Essentially: What is the schedule for studying Chinese in a university? or in a private school?
