Which host can I renew my '.com' domain with to allow access from within China.

Hi,

I posted a few months ago because I wanted to register a .cn domain because my .com domain registered with www.godaddy.com (which has recently expired) is not accessible from within China.

But now I have reconsidered. I want to renew my .com domain with a new host that is definitely accessible from within China. Who would that host be?

Can you please advise me as to a host for a .com domain who is cheap to register with and whose '.com' sites are definitely accessible from within China?

only sure way is dedicated IP that you can change. Many China blogs use dreamhost

The main problem is IP blocking, not the domain.

You can buy a single IP addr so that it's accessible. If you transfer the domain to a Chinese domain provider, it's hard for you to transfer it out. Therefore, many Chinese are buying domains from Godaddy with higher price.
