Chinese Manual translation

If at all possible could somebody please translate this section of the manual for my media player to english. I've had it 1 day and it won't switch on and as far as i can tell this is the troubleshoot section. I will be very grateful for you taking the time to do this.

For "Doesn't start", it lists the following possible reasons and remedies

1) Is the battery empty? - Charge the device

2) Did the device crash because of improper usage? - Press the "Reset" button, then press the "On/Off" button for a long time. (It doesn't specify how long you should press it, but if it doesn't come back to life after about 4 hours, you might look at different solutions.)

Ok i tried all that but still nothing. I'll be honest with you though i dont have a clue where the reset buuton is. 1 last thing i noticed this in the manual could this help.

Its number 13 i'm talking about.

13 is about the device going mute after plugging in the headset too often. Yours should be a different kind of mute though. Isn't there a picture of the device somewhere with an explanation of all the buttons and whatnot?

"reset button" is usaully located in rear (at least not together the operational buttons) and actually not a real button but a small hole. You may need a pencil or ballpen to press it.
