look, i m sorry that i m such a chinese n00b but ... hm, always when i tried to translate these words - in chinese-english dictionaries there are so many different words what each of these 4 words could stand for - so i ve no idea and if u don't want to help me no problem, i ve read the rules...

the 4 words are:

mo li hua kai

greetings n thank you

mo li hua kai

I think it's

茉莉花开,meaning

jasmine flower blossoms out.

If it's the name for a song, then just

'Jasmine Flower"
