Anyone know the Chinese meanin of "78"?

I was reading this person's blog and came across these two sentences which I needed some help on.

I can read everything, but I have no idea what "78" means. Does anyone know? Can anyone help out? I'm assuming it must be some kind of slang that young people use, but I have no idea. Thanks in advance.

Specifically, 七八 (qi ba) sounds very similar to the derogatory Taiwanese word for a certain part of the female anatomy (膣屄 - which would be romanized in pinyin as "qi bai").

Ah, that makes perfect sense. I heard it as jibai, with ji written 雞.

Another word it might be is jiba, but I forgot if that means c*nt or d*ck.

雞巴 is not Taiwanese slang, not for "bitch". The earliest I know is in 红楼梦。It is for c*ck or d*ck.
