There is no name that can be referred particularly as "Cantonese". Cantonese is a dialect of Chinese, as a branch to a river. Even the Cantonese people, when they pick the characters up for a name, they automatically return back to the main stream and make up a Chinese name.

The characters wouldn't need to be different. The only thing different would be the pronunciation.

Perhaps you could pick one of the names suggested to you in the other thread, and ask for the Cantonese pronounciation/romanization. (And then hope that you will actually be able to pronounce it correctly.)

"wong fei hung" is not simple cantonese. it is the romanisation of cantonese. If you want to write Cantonese you need Chinese characters. "wong fei hung", the famous kungfu master, is 黃飛鴻 in Chinese characters.
