"ni tai man le" should be 你太面了 meaning "you are too weak (or soft)" and

"zhen ben" 真苯 meaning "really dull or clumsy"。

They are supposed to be used between people know well each other, otherwise can be considered too rude or even insultive.

You are right. Sorry, I made a mistake in reading the Pinyin.

So it should be

你太慢了，真苯。 —— means "you are too slow, really clumsy".

I would not think of 笨 as clumsy/dull so much as stupid.

There is two types of "笨", one is mentally -- foolish, stupid; another is physically --- clumsy. According to the context “你太慢了”, I choose "clumsy" for it.

I realize the physical context that could be implied but if any ever says 真笨 to me I would think of nothing other stupid. Slow or no slow.
